We have several payment and ordering options. Note that you can order by mail, phone, fax or e-mail!!!

1. Pre-pay your order. Print out and mail the form below - enclose check or money order for the cost of the books plus shipping.

2. Pay by credit card. - We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Print out the order form below, include credit card information and mail or fax to us.  You can also call with your credit card information and and order by phone.

3. We will ship in response to a Purchase Order from an agency of the US, State, or local government; an educational institution, library, or bookstore. Mail or fax your purchase order. An invoice will be included in the shipment.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

For individual orders, please include the following shipping and handling fee for each book ordered :

Continental U.S., Hawaii , and Canada - $2.50 per book  (USPS First Class Mail) or $4.50 per book (USPS Priority Mail – delivery in 2-3 business days in most circumstances)

Bahamas, Caribbean, Europe and Australia - $9.00 per book.

Bulk orders are shipped via prearranged rates by FEDEX Ground. Overnight shipping is available – Please inquire by fax, phone or e-mail
